n the early 90’s a major local water treatment company in Southeastern PA offered RAM Construction the opportunity to do substantial structural concrete work on a large flood control dam in NJ. This project was within our scope due to cumulative experience we’d gained over the previous 15 years. Following the successful completion of that job we have been regularly involved in doing major projects for the local water companies, including:
