Site Work

There is a significant amount of work that happens before, during, and after the actual building or renovating part of a commercial construction project. Much of this falls into the “Site Work” category. As with every phase of a build, renovation, or remodel, we make it a mission to have all aspects of the Site Work go smoothly and with minimal impact on our customers.

What is Site Work?

Site work is the non-structural part of a construction project. In other words, it’s the work that needs to get done that is not part of a house or building’s physical structure. Typically, this includes excavation, grading, installation of filtration systems and septic tanks, driveways, and other utilities.
